How to use
Shake well before use. Then spray directly into the oral cavity or onto your toothbrush as needed.
As part of your daily oral hygiene routine
Spray 1–3 pumps directly into your mouth, making sure the liquid reaches the teeth, gums and tongue. Let it spread for a few minutes; do not rinse, and preferably avoid eating or drinking immediately afterwards to allow the plant-based ingredients to take effect.
For best results, avoid eating and drinking for at least 15–30 minutes, or ideally up to 1 hour after use. Rinsing with water immediately afterwards is not necessary—in fact, it may reduce effectiveness by washing away the active ingredients too soon. Instead, simply spit out the excess. Swallowing small amounts is harmless, but the standard method of use is to spit it out.
To replace or supplement toothbrushing
Spray 2–3 pumps directly onto a soft-bristled toothbrush, then brush for at least 2 minutes. Spit out the foam, but do not rinse with water, so the ingredients can continue to work in the oral cavity. Afterwards, rinse the toothbrush under water, dry it, and optionally spray a little onto the bristles.
In special situations
For a scratchy throat, spray 1–2 pumps directly onto the back of the throat. After implant work or under increased stress, you can use it up to 4–5 times a day. Repeat every few hours if needed.
Recommended dosage
For general oral care, 2–3 times daily with 1–2 sprays per use is sufficient. In acute cases, it can be used more frequently for a short time—up to 4–5 times a day with 2–3 sprays—then return to the normal daily routine once symptoms ease
